In the latest Marvel's film Captain America: Civil War, there would be a split between the Avengers, with Captain American V.S. the Iron Man, largely based on the stance they took upon the issue of Superhuman Registration Act.
Superhuman Registration Act:
In the wake of the tragedy (During a televised raid of a house containing select villains that had recently escaped from the super villain facility at Ryker's Island prison during a massive breakout, the escaped villain Nitro let off a massive explosion that killed the majority of the New Warriors, as well as the children at a nearby elementary school), the U.S. Government proposed the Superhuman Registration Act, intending to register all super-powered beings as living weapons of mass destruction and requiring all costumed heroes to unmask themselves before the government and subject themselves to federally mandated standards.

Recall Gramsci's theory on cultural hegemony, war of position is an intellectual and cultural struggle between working class in encountering the cultural hegemony of the bourgeoisie. If one have to analyze the case of Civil War, what kind of struggle exists between Captain America and the Iron Man, what is the possible ideological difference behind? (It might not necessarily related to class, but the positions of humans and superhumans as well as the role and power of state).

Indeed, even in the film Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, the two superheroes are fighting against each other.
